Entreq Copper Ground Cable

The Copper was Entreq’s entry level ground cable, but it was discontinued back in 2021, but it’s back and all improved in this new version, released November 2024

This is still Entreq’s entry level cable and as the name suggests it is a copper based cable, they are ideal for use with more modest equipment. When used with a Minimus or Silver Minimus the copper is a warm, rounded cable as such they great to use on a component that may be a little forward or lively.

The default length of all Entreq ground cable is 1.65m long.

The end of the cable which connects to the ground box is terminated with a hook, at the other end as ever there are several options – RCA, XLR (male), XLR (female), RJ45, USB (type A), USB (type B) and Spade

Hardwired – This offers the best performance any of the connectors above can be used, but as the name suggest the end is fixed is place, this option is £120. Hardwired ground cables are the default option

Removable Copper 3.5mm Connector – The same termination options are available, but you get the flexibility of being able to change the connector. This option is £190 with 1 connector included, additional connectors are £70 each. SPECIAL ORDER ONLY

Sonically the hardwired option delivers a s sonic improvement over the 3.5mm connector, plus it costs less so that would always be the option I would choose.
