Bassocontinuo Incoming!

I’m delighted to announce that the revered Italian furniture brand Bassocontinuo has been added to the Audio Therapy portfolio. I’ve been looking for some new furniture for a while now and Bassocontinuo ticks all of the boxes, when I saw them at the Hi-Fi Live Show at Ascot in September last year I knew it was the right solution.

With classic Italian design and some serious audiophile credentials they have some exceptional options and really should be of thought of as part of your system as opposed to something pretty which your hi-fi sits on. There are 5 different ranges of products, Classic Line, Reference Line, Aeroline Ultimate Line and Revolution X

All hand made in Italy to the very highest of finishes, all of the metalwork, woodwork, leatherwork are of the very finest quality – nothing is mass produced.

They take the performance of all of their products very seriously, vibrations (or lack of) and sonic performance is of key importance. All of their racks are scientifically measured by an external consulting firm in Italy, they are subjected to extensive testing with laser equipment to ensure their compliance with horizontal and vertical deformations, loading and breaking loads, this tests allow them to certify the capacity for each shelf/rack.
There are lots of superb finish options available throughout the range, but they also offer a bespoke service called B for Bassocontinuo where a custom rack can be created to match your room or specific requirements, much like a high end car you can even specify the colour of the stitching on the leather clad shelves.

Our journey with Bassocontinuo will start with their Classic and Reference ranges, their 2 most affordable products lines and we’ll have a number of products on show in our demonstration. More product information will be populated to the website in due course.
