Entreq Primer Infinity Loudspeaker Cable

Primer Infinity is the next series of cables above the entry level Hexa range, all Primer Infinity cables come with a Primer Ground Box which helps to improve their performance, they are a good jump up above the Hexa when you compare side by side.

Tonally Primer Infinity is very natural and organic sounding, plenty of detail, but never forward or aggressive, overall a very well balanced cable.

Entreq’s grounding technique on their speaker cables is very clever and it ensures that they remove RFI and EMI from the cable and also from the equipment at either end of the cable.

All Entreq speaker cable is by default terminated spade to spade, but 4mm plugs can be specified.

They start at a 2.5 metre pair (£1280) and go up from this length in 0.6 metre increments (which are £160)

1 Separate cable for positive and negative signals

2 Asymmetrical design

3 Positive and negative cables are spun clockwise and anticlockwise respectively.

4 Marginally different lengths to minimise the antenna effect.

5 Wood in the contact framework. Non-magnetic and non-conductive.

6 Only pure copper or/and silver in the signal paths. No alloys,

7 Drain wire instead of shielding in order to connect to a pure earth point (External Earth Drain System)

8 Cotton covering instead of synthetic materials
