Kroma Atelier Matilde Loudspeakers

The Matilde is the bigger brother to the Jovita from Kroma’s Signature range.

They are quite a bit larger than the Jovita standing at approximately 1.4m and like the other Signature model the Matilde use the superior anodised aluminium Purifi drive units compared to the Reference models.

The AMT ribbon delivers a wonderful sense of sweetness, it is incredibly dynamic and open, but it is superbly balanced. The larger cabinet of the Matilde means that it can accommodate a larger array of drive unit with 10 inch and 8 inch bass driver and 2 x 6.5 inch mid range drivers, as such the Matilde is designed to work in a larger room.

Those who attended the Audio Show Deluxe in 2024 may well have experienced the Matilde, they were in rotation with the smaller MacBeth over the course of the weekend in the Boyer room.
