This model was a limited edition and was designed to celebrate Melco’s 40th anniversary, as such only 40 of this model were manufactured, this is number 39.

Storage is 2TB with 2 x 1TB SSD – this is enough capacity to comfortable hold 3000 CD rips.

When connected to a USB DAC as well as playing music from storage you also have the option to stream Tidal and Qobuz

RRP of this model was £7500 when new. This model effectively was the forerunner to the Melco N1ZS/2 and in performance terms it sits at approximately the same level. In the current model line up only the flagship N1 S38 outperforms it.
